Audrey has over 25 years’ experience in HR, focusing on talent management, career development, leadership and recruitment.

She brings a pragmatic perspective to delivering results at large multinational companies by getting the right people in the right place at the right time. An agile leader, she’s able to meet the needs of business in today’s era of ‘disruption as normal’.

At Sanofi, Audrey leads the end-to-end Talent strategy to attract, engage, develop and retain the best people. She is a passionate advocate for the power of diverse and inclusive teams to drive innovation and productivity, and for the power of business to create a better world.

Prior to joining Sanofi, Audrey was Global Talent Director at Coca-Cola, where she led a team of 145, driving growth through recruitment, talent development and succession management.

For seven years at ABB, a world leader in industrial digitalization, Audrey led the global talent team, while also overseeing a talent transformation program to harmonize processes and gain efficiencies.

Before that, Audrey led talent management and leadership development at Wolseley, the world’s leading distributor of plumbing and heating products (5,000 locations, 27 countries). Audrey has been a Board Member of the Global Alliance of Management Schools (CEMS) for over 10 years, ESADE Business School for 3 years and also sits on the Advisory Council for the Vedica Women’s Alliance.

A native of the US, she has spent the last 20 years living and working in the UK, Switzerland and now France.
