Public Think Tank

Join us for an illuminating panel discussion with WeQual Award winners Christina Montgomery, IBM’s Chief Privacy & Trust Officer, Vrinda Menon, Global Head of Managed Accounts & Client Services Technology at J.P. Morgan and Hanna Helin, Global Head of Technology Innovation CTO Office at LSEG.

This event delves into the multifaceted world of Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on the challenges and opportunities organizations need to consider. As skilled talent shortages continue and skill gaps increase, understanding how AI may help alleviate or intensify those challenges—and what can be done to prepare the organization and its people—is critical.

AI is now one of the top items on the strategic agenda, and this is reflected in our research within our WeQual community.

In the session, Christina will provide valuable insights into the strategic implications of AI from a governance, risk and ethics perspective. Vrinda will explore the positive impacts of AI, highlighting innovative use cases at JP Morgan, with a particular emphasis on upskilling employees for AI adoption. Hanna will share insights into future trends and how LSEG has approached AI. The speakers will also discuss how organizations can leverage AI effectively to bring more women into STEM careers.
