Head of Upstream & Advisory Solutions

Leanne is an experienced leader at S&P Global Commodity Insights, serving as the Head of Upstream Solutions and Head of Advisory Solutions. As a dual-role executive, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Upstream Solutions and Consulting, steering both the technical and advisory aspects with a rare blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight.

Leanne’s extensive experience started in the oil field, working in environmental solutions in operations, learning welltest analysis and then led to an interest in product management in software, energy content, and market insights. Today, her primary focus is connecting the energy narrative and leveraging data science to develop innovative solutions in response to the ever-changing energy landscape. Driven by a passion for decarbonization, Leanne is also the executive sponsor for the Commodity Insights Center for Emissions Excellence. In this role, she contributes to establishing a connected emissions modelling approach and carbon intensity standards for Commodity Insights, aligning with her commitment to sustainability in energy.

As the head of the Commodity Insights Advisory team, Leanne provides consulting leadership across various sectors, including Upstream, Downstream, Chemicals, Gas & Power, Agriculture, and Energy Transition.

She has held executive leadership positions at IHS Markit in Sales and product management and senior leadership roles in energy consulting and software companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and business from the University of Calgary.

Leanne is a current Finalist of the WeQual Awards, the Americas 2024, and a WeQual Executives member.

Yogesh Chauhan

HubSpot

Director of ESG

Yogesh Chauhan was appointed Director of ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) at HubSpot in February 2022. His brief is to deliver on its ambitious ESG strategy covering all HubSpot’s operations. He oversees a range of environmental, community engagement, reporting, innovation and thought leadership initiatives designed to embed sustainability and responsible business across the company.

Prior to HubSpot, Yogesh was Director of Corporate Sustainability at Tata Consultancy Services for nine years overseeing the company’s sustainability and corporate affairs operations across UK and Ireland. Yogesh was also the BBC’s Chief Adviser on Corporate Responsibility and Environment. He worked for the corporation for 12 years starting his career in programme making then moving to public affairs and gradually taking on a leadership role in the BBC’s ethical, sustainability and corporate citizenship activities.

Yogesh is a trustee of Coram, a UK charity providing better chances for children. Previous professional appointments include serving as a non-executive member of Walgreen Boots Alliance Advisory Panel for Sustainability, chairman of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, the UK’s practitioner network and professional body for those working in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability. Aligned to this he was also a board trustee director at Business in the Community, the UK’s leading charity promoting responsible business practice. Yogesh also served as a Trustee of BBC Children in Need.

Yogesh was educated at the London School of Economics, is married with two teenage daughters and enjoys cycling, current affairs and long country walks.
