Keri McKiernan

Keri McKiernan is the CTO of Corporate Platforms where she is responsible for overseeing Commercial and Marketing Technology Platforms across S&P Global, leading the teams and technical platforms to support the CCO groups.

Keri joined S&P through the SNL Financial acquisition and has spent time at S&P in both Market Intelligence, DTI (Data, Technology & Innovation) and now DTS (Digital Technology Services). Prior to S&P, she has also worked in financial data services her entire career including time at Kagan Research, Jupiter Kagan (Subsidiary of Jupiter Media), SNL Kagan and SNL Financial.

She is an accomplished leader in Cloud Applications and CRM Space with over 15 years of experience leading large teams and delivering complex, high value projects in business applications and Financial Services. She has deep expertise in areas such as Salesforce, Analytics, Websites, Marketing Automation, Scaled Agile, Websites and Project Management.

Keri received her MBA, MS in Project and Program Management from Brandeis University and her BS in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. She is certified as a Scaled Agile Trainer (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Certified Scrummaster, 5X Certified Salesforce Professional and 2X Copado DevOps Certified expert.

Emma Hicks

Emma is an experienced strategic leader, specializing in professional development at C-suite and senior management levels. With a track record for delivering solutions across a broad range of global sectors and industries, Emma brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for continuing professional development.

Emma is a Fellow and Advisory Board Member of the Learning Performance Institute (LPI), holds certifications from the Institute of Directors (IoD) and Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is a former Education Committee member at the European Confederation of Directors Associations (ecoDa).

Outside of WeQual, Emma has a young family (8-year-old Joshua, 6-year-old Jasmine, and a recent ‘furbaby’ addition, Monty the cockapoo), who keep her equally busy, active and above all grateful.

Ovin Mohan

Director of Leadership Development

Ovin Mohan has coached over 1000 senior leaders representing the world’s largest companies. As a result, he is recognized as a “Brilliant” (CPO – JustEat), “Exceptional” (CTO – Prologis), and “Amazing” (CFO – Holcim) Executive Coach.

He has created award-winning coaching programs for Apple and received five-star feedback from 360-degree Coaching at Christie’s for leaders C-suite -2. He is a guest lecturer on various MSc programs focusing on strategic leadership development. He advises on a Board that informs the training for the leading coaching training company in the US. Ovin has led large-scale leadership development programs for NATO, the NHS, Barclays, and HSBC and has lived and worked in Chicago, NYC, Valencia, and London.

He was previously Head of Leadership Development, managing the largest CMI centre in the UK, delivering and assessing leadership capabilities up to PhD level. He also designed the curriculum for the Institute of Leadership and Management at L7 (MSc equivalent), which received an “Outstanding” award from ILM.

As a former athlete, in both martial arts and football, his approach to leadership development is driven by teaching deliberate practice of tools, providing feedback to refine those skills, and holding the highest standard of competitive accountability. This is further strengthened by his master’s in occupational psychology.
