Is the Vice President: Latin America & GCC and heads the Centre of Excellence: Oncology and Hospital Business at a global biopharmaceutical company, Dr. Reddy’s. Prior to Dr. Reddy’s, she led the oncology business at Pfizer for India and Asia Pacific.

A seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she has won many accolades, notably being featured among Top Women Leaders in India Inc by Economic Times (one of the leading business newspapers and was a Winner of the WeQual Women Leader award in Asia Pacific.

She leads teams across multiple countries and is responsible as a P&L head to maximize growth, lead new product launches and lead innovation and build future business models. She has extensive experience in building business from the ground up and scaling them to profitable models across multiple regions like Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Australia.

She is also a mentor for aspiring and middle management professionals across internal and external forums. She is a fitness enthusiast and recently completed multiple altitude treks, including Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania and Everest Base Camp, Nepal among others. She was awarded her B.Pharm and MBA, executive education from IIM-Ahmedabad and Harvard Business School.

Emma is a Fellow and Advisory Board Member of the Learning Performance Institute (LPI), holds certifications from the Institute of Directors (IoD) and Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is a former Education Committee member at the European Confederation of Directors Associations (ecoDa).

Outside of WeQual, Emma has a young family (8-year-old Joshua, 6-year-old Jasmine, and a recent ‘furbaby’ addition, Monty the cockapoo), who keep her equally busy, active and above all grateful.

Ovin Mohan

Ovin Mohan has coached over 1000 senior leaders representing the world’s largest companies. As a result, he is recognized as a “Brilliant” (CPO – JustEat), “Exceptional” (CTO – Prologis), and “Amazing” (CFO – Holcim) Executive Coach.

He has created award-winning coaching programs for Apple and received five-star feedback from 360-degree Coaching at Christie’s for leaders C-suite -2. He is a guest lecturer on various MSc programs focusing on strategic leadership development. He advises on a Board that informs the training for the leading coaching training company in the US. Ovin has led large-scale leadership development programs for NATO, the NHS, Barclays, and HSBC and has lived and worked in Chicago, NYC, Valencia, and London.

He was previously Head of Leadership Development, managing the largest CMI centre in the UK, delivering and assessing leadership capabilities up to PhD level. He also designed the curriculum for the Institute of Leadership and Management at L7 (MSc equivalent), which received an “Outstanding” award from ILM.

As a former athlete, in both martial arts and football, his approach to leadership development is driven by teaching deliberate practice of tools, providing feedback to refine those skills, and holding the highest standard of competitive accountability. This is further strengthened by his master’s in occupational psychology.
