Anna Campagna

Senior Advisor, WeQual Awards Alumni

WeQual Awards Finalist (APAC 2021, Commercial Innovation), lifetime WeQual Executives Member, and global commercial leader. Anna quite literally arrived on earth with a flair for drama – born to an Italian family in the whirlwind of pre-revolution Tripoli, just as Neil Armstrong went moonwalking.

Since then, her life has been a masterclass in global citizenship: Italy, Austria, The Netherlands, multiple African countries, Mexico, Singapore — and over 55 countries visited.

Armed with a Bocconi degree, stints at INSEAD and IMD, and fluency in five languages, she’s spent 28 years shaping commercial excellence across personal care and food & beverage for brands like Yves Rocher, Red Bull, and Heineken. As Senior Global Sales Director, she transformed Heineken’s global sales engine—boosting productivity, accelerating digital and omnichannel strategy, and making customer-centricity non-negotiable.

A passionate advocate of diversity, Anna was named one of Mexico’s 100 Most Powerful Women (Expansión/Forbes, 2016) and frequently speaks on progressive DEI.

She’s also a proud mum to Vittoria and Virginia — both in their high-teen era — and an energetic force in international school communities, serving as everything from Shark Tank–style judge to mentor for socially sustainable ventures. True to her philosophy that leadership’s main duty is to create more leaders, she invests in shaping the next generation with gusto.

Off-duty, you’ll find her at the piano, burning calories in a pool and at a ballet barre, or digging into Korean language and history — because six languages are simply more fun than five.
