Do you know the difference between courage and confidence?

We often think of those we admire as being more confident—but are they? Perhaps what you admire most about someone arose from an action they were terrified of taking. The truth is that confidence isn’t a prerequisite for brave actions. Courage, simply the willingness to act despite fear, is what builds confidence.

In this session, we’ll unpack this essential difference. Knowing when to act out of courage rather than confidence can be transformative—building self-assurance and giving you greater control over your career.

Guest Speaker

  • Patricia Amaro, Global General Manager of eB2B and New Business Platforms at Mars

Patricia will share how courageous choices have shaped her career, even when they didn’t feel at all confident.

You’ll learn practical tips for tackling challenges head-on and pushing beyond your perceived limits. Plus, bring your questions for an interactive Q&A and connect with others in breakout sessions designed for honest, practical conversations.
