Rising Leaders

Do you know the difference between courage and confidence?

We often think of those we admire as being more confident—but are they? Perhaps what you admire most about someone arose from an action they were terrified of taking. The truth is that confidence isn’t a prerequisite for brave actions. Courage, simply the willingness to act despite fear, is what builds confidence.

In this session, we’ll unpack this essential difference. Knowing when to act out of courage rather than confidence can be transformative—building self-assurance and giving you greater control over your career.
