What are you working towards, and is it what you really want?

It’s easy to get caught up in career momentum – ticking boxes, chasing promotions, meeting expectations. But when was the last time you stopped to ask: Is this still the right path for me?

Clarity isn’t something that just happens. It’s something you build by reflecting, reassessing and being intentional about where you’re heading.

This Rising Leaders session is about taking a step back and asking the big questions:

  • What do I really want from my career and life?
  • What’s driving my decisions – ambition, expectation, or purpose?
  • How do I realign when I feel off track?

Because if you don’t take the time to figure out what you want, someone else will decide for you.
