Talent alone isn’t enough. The most effective leaders know how to influence.

Your ideas, no matter how brilliant, only have power when others listen, act, and champion your vision. So how do you persuade colleagues, stakeholders, or even senior leadership to get behind you—especially when you don’t have direct authority?

Guest speaker:

  • Deni Miller, Director of Business Operations, ABB.

With responsibility for 2,400 employees across five facilities, Deni’s team is key to “Keeping America On” by delivering essential electrical solutions for utilities, data centers, LNG, and industrial applications. Deni has built her career through diverse leadership roles spanning sales, finance, commercial operations, and more.

In this session, Deni will share proven influence strategies and candid lessons learned from personal experience.

You will learn:

  • How to influence without authority, so you can inspire others—even senior stakeholders—to support your goals
