Prioritizing Your Self-Care

Networking

As leaders, we often prioritize the needs of our teams and organizations before our own. However, sustainable leadership and personal wellbeing require a shift in focus—one that starts with taking care of yourself first.

This networking session will give you insights into maintaining balance, avoiding burnout, and making self-care a sustainable part of your leadership journey.

What You’ll Learn:

  • The “golden rule” of self-care: why you must prioritize your own wellbeing first.
  • Real-life burnout stories and how purpose plays a role in preventing it.
  • The right to disconnect and how to set boundaries.

This session will be an open, interactive and safe environment where you can connect with peers, share challenges and insights, and commit to practical self-care strategies.

Self-care is an ongoing project; connect with your peers and learn how to make sustainable, lasting changes. Register or RSVP to your calendar invitation today.
