Building Your Legacy as a Leader

Community

Leadership isn’t just about the decisions you make or the targets you hit, it’s what you leave behind. What difference will you have made? What’s your legacy?

But how often do you get the chance to stand still for a moment and take stock; to connect with other leaders, and think about what that legacy might be?

This session is your opportunity to do just that. Join Emma Hicks, VP of Memberships & Programs at WeQual, for an interactive and inspiring hour of group discussions and breakout sessions. This is your space to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and work through real challenges—all while exploring what kind of leader you truly want to be.

What You Can Expect:

  • New connections: Meet and collaborate with women leaders from across the globe who know exactly what you’re up against.
  • Real talk: Have meaningful conversations about what leadership really looks like—and how to make it your own.
  • Ideas that work: Walk away with practical tips and insights you can use right away to start building a leadership legacy you’re proud of.

If you’re ready to think bigger about your impact as a leader, this session is for you.
