Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary

Courtney Enloe is Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for Bio-Rad in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. As a member of the Executive Operating Team, Courtney leads Bio-Rad’s global legal organization and serves as corporate secretary to the Bio-Rad Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Bio-Rad in April 2024, Courtney served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at 3M, where she led the global Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Antitrust, EH&S/Product Stewardship, and Labor & Employment/Benefits legal teams in addition to serving as legal counsel to the Science, Technology and Sustainability Committee of the 3M Board of Directors. Before joining 3M, Courtney served as Chief Counsel – U.S. Pharma and Chief Counsel – Litigation for McKesson Corporation.

Earlier in her career, Courtney held roles as Senior Litigation Counsel at Georgia-Pacific and EarthLink following private practice as a litigator at two multinational law firms and a judicial clerkship.

Courtney was the Winner of the Legal category in the WeQual Awards, the Americas 2022. She is also a lifetime WeQual Executives member.
