Anne Pearce is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Vestas, based in Denmark. Vestas is the world’s leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, with more than 189 GW of wind turbines installed in over 80 countries and a market capitalization of +25 bnEUR.

Vestas’ more than 30,000 colleagues are bringing the world sustainable energy solutions to power a bright future, and developing people, leaders, and company culture plays a pivotal role at Vestas in accelerating the energy transition.

Anne joined Vestas on 1 January 2024 and is leading a global team responsible for Human Resources, Real Estate and Facilities across Vestas’ global business. She is a member of Vestas’ Executive Management Team.

Having held senior leadership roles in industrial companies such as Shell, ArcelorMittal and BlueScope Steel, Anne brings a truly business-centric approach to Human Resources and has a long track record of leading transformations and elevating talent management and employee engagement.

Throughout her entire career, Anne has built a strong international profile working in a variety of countries, including Australia, New Zealand, China, the US, Canada, Brazil, Africa, the Netherlands and the UK. Her international experience has bolstered her focus on diversity and inclusion, acting as a true advocate for harnessing diverse perspectives in strategic decisions.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Economics and Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Anne was announced Winner of the People category of the WeQual Awards, Europe, Middle East and Africa, 2020. She is also a lifetime member of WeQual Executives.
