Sara Odebunmi

Managing Director & Global Head of Client Operations

Sara Odebunmi is Managing Director and Global Head of Client Operations at Partners Group, based in Singapore, with more than 24 years of industry experience and over two decades at the firm since joining in 2001.

She began her career as a temporary receptionist and rapidly advanced through senior leadership roles, including Deputy Head of Product Management and Global Head of Product Management, where she led teams of 80+ professionals across Singapore and Manila. In these roles, Sara spearheaded transformational initiatives such as developing client-centric reporting frameworks, launching an online client portal, and implementing automation that delivered 400% productivity gains. From 2019 to 2025, she led the business unit managing regulatory aspects of fund administration, and since 2025 has focused on operational strategies to enhance client service and experience.

In 2023, Sara was appointed as Partners Group’s first Diversity & Inclusion Officer, reflecting her commitment to building inclusive cultures alongside operational excellence. She has also been recognized internally as one of the top ten colleagues with the most positive career impact.

In 2024, Sara was named a WeQual Awards Winner in the EMEA Operations category, honoring her exceptional leadership and transformative impact in the asset management industry.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and previously worked at C-Matrix Communications, managing healthcare and telecommunications client mandates.

Emma is an experienced strategic leader, specializing in professional development at C-suite and senior management levels. With a track record for delivering solutions across a broad range of global sectors and industries, Emma brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for continuing professional development.

Emma is a Fellow and Advisory Board Member of the Learning Performance Institute (LPI), holds certifications from the Institute of Directors (IoD) and Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is a former Education Committee member at the European Confederation of Directors Associations (ecoDa).

Outside of WeQual, Emma has a young family (8-year-old Joshua, 6-year-old Jasmine, and a recent ‘furbaby’ addition, Monty the cockapoo), who keep her equally busy, active and above all grateful.

Cristina is an experienced facilitator and coach with over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering effective leadership and team development programs across various industries and geographies.

Cristina is passionate about supporting individuals become a better version of themselves and supporting organizations build stronger leaders, teams and culture to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Cristina held various roles at global companies such as Cochlear and Adidas where she led the development and implementation of highly impactful leadership development solutions across the globe.

Outside of work, Cristina loves spending times in the outdoors and staying healthy by playing tennis, walking and swimming. Cristina volunteers at Primary Ethics, an organization focused on teaching Ethics to primary school children.
