As SVP Chief Financial Officer of Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX), Jennifer believes in a zero-touch finance vision, enabled by finance and digital transformation, to support scalable and profitable growth. Jennifer’s visionary leadership and collaborative approach is to bring strategic and financial planning, business partnering and risk management in an end-to-end enterprise planning framework to support appropriate capital allocation. Her relevant experience with large and complex multi-national organizations, including Schneider Electric (CAC 40: SU.PA) and Honeywell International (Nasdaq: HON), helps drive business model change which increases enterprise value.
Jennifer was the Segment CFO of Energy Management, a €28B reportable segment within Schneider Electric, from 2022 to 2024. During her tenure, Jennifer deployed Schneider Electric’s first Future Ready Research & Development (“FRRD”) performance transformation on €1.6B of annual investments. She created 6 performance KPIs to measure development progress and facilitated early exit triggers which enabled capital to be redeployed on other initiatives to support innovative growth. Vitality Index improved from 22.3% to 24.8% while project cost deviation reduced from 49% to 33% and internal rate of return improved from 30% to 34% by 2024.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Jennifer served in multiple progressive roles with increasing responsibilities in Honeywell International including a $3B warehouse automation division which contributed to 300%+ growth in revenue and 200%+ growth in spare parts/service business unit.
Jennifer started her career in 2000 in her home country Singapore. With over two decades of international experience, Jennifer has learned to privilege speed over perfection. She has deep finance experiences across Data Center, Power & Grid, Building, Mobility, Warehouse Automation, Retail, Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Gas, Electricity, Water and Grid Distribution industries.
