She’s also held roles as CFO and managed international freight and coal businesses from Singapore while driving forward new ventures in EVs, energy storage, and data analytics. Shweta knows what it means to thrive under pressure in demanding, fast-moving environments—and how to build resilience that lasts.

Head of Enterprise Accounts – Renewable Energy Business Development, Corporate & Industrial

Shweta has over 17 years’ experience in the energy sector, holding a number of senior roles in the energy sector value chain.

Currently, she is heading up the Renewable Energy Business Development for Corporate & Industrial portfolio in Tata Power Renewable Energy, which she has managed for nearly three years.

Shweta was previously CFO and led the International Freight and Coal business and international investments based out of Singapore. She’s also led and developed the business case for new business, including EV, storage & data analytics, etc.

Shweta holds a Business & Commerce Degree as well as an MBA and is based in Mumbai, India.

Ovin Mohan

Ovin Mohan has coached over 1000 senior leaders representing the world’s largest companies. As a result, he is recognized as a “Brilliant” (CPO – JustEat), “Exceptional” (CTO – Prologis), and “Amazing” (CFO – Holcim) Executive Coach.

He has created award-winning coaching programs for Apple and received five-star feedback from 360-degree Coaching at Christie’s for leaders Csuite -2. He is a guest lecturer on various MSc programs focusing on strategic leadership development. He advises on a Board that informs the training for the leading coaching training

company in the US. Ovin has led large-scale leadership development programs for NATO, the NHS, Barclays, and HSBC and has lived and worked in Chicago, NYC, Valencia, and London.

He was previously Head of Leadership Development, managing the largest CMI centre in the UK, delivering and assessing leadership capabilities up to PhD level. He also designed the curriculum for the Institute of Leadership and Management at L7 (MSc equivalent), which received an “Outstanding” award from ILM.

As a former athlete, in both martial arts and football, his approach to leadership development is driven by teaching deliberate practice of tools, providing feedback to refine those skills, and holding the highest standard of competitive accountability. This is further strengthened by his master’s in occupational psychology.

Cristina is an experienced facilitator and coach with over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering effective leadership and team development programs across various industries and geographies.

Cristina is passionate about supporting individuals become a better version of themselves and supporting organisations build stronger leaders, teams and culture to deliver outstanding results whilst ensuring a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Cristina held various roles at global companies such as Cochlear and adidas where she led the development and implementation of highly impactful leadership development solutions across the globe.

Outside of work, Cristina loves spending times in the outdoors and staying healthy by playing tennis, walking and swimming. Cristina volunteers at Primary Ethics, an organisation focused on teaching Ethics to primary school children.
