Stephanie Sievers

Marketing and Sales Executive

Stephanie Sievers is a highly successful Marketing and Sales Executive with a 15-year track record of building major brands, identifying new market and growth opportunities, and assembling the teams and strategies to realize them. Stephanie has delivered significant and sustainable business growth in multiple sectors, including consumer electronics and FMCG.

Stephanie joined Philips nine years ago, and has served in a range of roles, from marketing for Philips Personal Health to General Manager Personal Health of Iberia. Most recently, Stephanie served as Head of Marketing for Western Europe Health Systems, increasing the brand strength of Philips in Europe. Previously she worked in several global corporations and start-ups.

In her current role, Stephanie leads the Nordic team, building on a strong foundation and delivering additional value for customers and patients. Prior to Philips, Stephanie worked for Feelgood & E2G, Reckitt Benckiser, Groupon, and Warsteiner Brauerei.

Invariably the most digital person in the room, Stephanie brings to the table an ability to engage on the substance, in the service of high performance. Constantly building connections inside and outside the company is a key part of her success formula. And so is empathy—which fuels her speed of company growth and transformation, cross the globe.

Stephanie speaks six languages and lives in Sweden. Outside of work, she enjoys learning about different cultures, traveling, bike racing and classical music (the violin).

Stephanie won the President category of the WeQual Awards, Europe, Middle East, and Africa 2024. She is also a WeQual Executives member.
