Lolitta Suffian is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Vice President, Group Customer Experience at Telekom Malaysia (TM). With more than 22 years of experience across various industry verticals, Lolitta has developed a diverse skillset and a deep understanding of how to create a positive customer experience.

In her current role, she strongly believes in making the customer journey easy and seamless—from discovery to use and engagement. She is committed to leveraging technology to automate processes, improve efficiency, and ensure that the human touch remains a top priority at every touchpoint. Lolitta’s human-centric approach in today’s tech-first world has helped Telekom Malaysia build a strong brand reputation, with many customers praising the company for its high level of service and support.

Lolitta’s background spans a wide range of industries, including hardware, software, logistics, financial services, transportation mobility, fintech, and telecommunications. This has equipped her with a unique perspective on what it takes to deliver excellent customer experiences. She has successfully cultivated a strong customer-centric culture at TM, empowering every employee to focus on delivering exceptional service and support. Under her leadership, TM has achieved high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to the company’s overall success and growth.

Lolitta’s academic journey began at Aurora Gardens Academy in New Orleans and continued at Whitney College of Art in New York, where she studied Fine Arts with a focus on the Impressionism period. Her education in the arts has taught her to view challenges from different perspectives—an approach she brings into her corporate role to this day.

In 2024, Lolitta was named the winner of the WeQual Awards Asia-Pacific in the Strategy category. This recognition celebrates her leadership in strategic planning, resilience, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. As a lifetime member of WeQual Executives, she is part of a global network of influential women leaders amplifying change across industries.

Emma is an experienced strategic leader, specializing in professional development at C-suite and senior management levels. With a track record for delivering solutions across a broad range of global sectors and industries, Emma brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for continuing professional development.

Emma is a Fellow and Advisory Board Member of the Learning Performance Institute (LPI), holds certifications from the Institute of Directors (IoD) and Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is a former Education Committee member at the European Confederation of Directors Associations (ecoDa).

Outside of WeQual, Emma has a young family (8-year-old Joshua, 6-year-old Jasmine, and a recent ‘furbaby’ addition, Monty the cockapoo), who keep her equally busy, active and above all grateful.

Ovin Mohan

Ovin Mohan has coached over 1000 senior leaders representing the world’s largest companies. As a result, he is recognized as a “Brilliant” (CPO – JustEat), “Exceptional” (CTO – Prologis), and “Amazing” (CFO – Holcim) Executive Coach.

He has created award-winning coaching programs for Apple and received five-star feedback from 360-degree Coaching at Christie’s for leaders Csuite -2. He is a guest lecturer on various MSc programs focusing on strategic leadership development. He advises on a Board that informs the training for the leading coaching training

company in the US. Ovin has led large-scale leadership development programs for NATO, the NHS, Barclays, and HSBC and has lived and worked in Chicago, NYC, Valencia, and London.

He was previously Head of Leadership Development, managing the largest CMI centre in the UK, delivering and assessing leadership capabilities up to PhD level. He also designed the curriculum for the Institute of Leadership and Management at L7 (MSc equivalent), which received an “Outstanding” award from ILM.

As a former athlete, in both martial arts and football, his approach to leadership development is driven by teaching deliberate practice of tools, providing feedback to refine those skills, and holding the highest standard of competitive accountability. This is further strengthened by his master’s in occupational psychology.
