If your succession plan only focuses on who’s next in line, you’re already behind.

Succession planning is about building a leadership pipeline that is diverse, high-performing, and ready for the future. But too often, large organizations fall into the same traps – overlooking untapped talent, reinforcing the status quo and failing to plan beyond immediate needs.

This interactive peer discussion is an opportunity for WeQual Executives to come together, share experiences and explore what’s really working when it comes to embedding diversity into succession planning.

Karen Watt, WeQual’s Client Services Lead, will facilitate the conversation, guiding breakout discussions where members can exchange insights and challenge their thinking.

Expect frank discussions, breakout sessions with your peers and practical takeaways you can implement immediately.

Why you need to be in the room:

  • The biggest succession planning mistakes – and how to avoid them
  • How to identify and develop high-potential talent outside the usual candidates
  • Real talk on what’s holding companies back from building genuinely diverse leadership pipelines
  • Actionable insights from senior leaders who are tackling this right now

RSVP to your invitation and be part of the conversation that’s shaping the future of leadership.
