Executive Interview

Finalists are interviewed by one of eight global CEOs to assess readiness for the ExCo; each industry leader then decides their category winner. The CEO’s insights are shared with the finalists in a personal call with WeQual founder, Katie Litchfield.

Applicants must report directly to, or have regular 1-2-1 meetings with, a member of their Executive Committee. They must also be employed by a listed company at the time of submission. Those with ‘CEO’ or ‘President’ in their job titles who are not on their global ExCo are automatically eligible, as are applicants who sit on their Country Level Leadership Team/ExCo.
